28th November, Home 12.30pm KO vs. Harleston - Meet at Rainbow 11.30am.

This is the first meeting between the two sides at this age group. Harleston are currently in second place in division 3, scoring an impressive 40 goals in 9 games, averaging over 4 goals per game.

Mutford are also averaging around the 4 goals per game ratio, so goals should be plentiful in this Shield match. Mutford are again troubled by injuries. Joe is still out for at least three weeks and added to that Wheels has sustained a knee injury. Mutford need all their signed players to show to field a full 11. Manager Paul Rose said, "We are being undone by a dreadful run of injuries. I have never known anything like it before. Joe, Jack, Jonny and now Wheels have all suffered this year with long term injuries. When we are all available we are strong but it is hard for the boys to keep going. Also at this time of year there are colds about I just hope we can avoid illness as well".

There is also a change of venue for the match. The Dell is over subscribed for matches and the game will take place at Mutford Community Centre with k/o at 12.30 pm. As this is an unfamiliar venue for the parents Mutford will meet at Rainbow at 11.30 am.
