2006 Summer Tournament Update

14th May - Gorleston FC Tournament - Emerald Park

A disappointing performance in our first tournament of the summer, finishing 5th in the group where 4th place would have been enough for a semi-final against Sole Bay. Squad - Jason, Smiffy, Mikey, Josh, Phil, Harrison and Jack.

Mutford results (Won 2, Drew 3 Lost 2): v Shrublands Warriors  - 0-0, Sole Bay - lost 1-0, Shrublands Cobras - won 1-0, Gorleston Rangers - lost 1-0, Pakefield Mean Machines - won 1-0, Gorleston Celtic - lost 1-0, Gorleston Rangers 0-0.

27th May - Mutford United FC Tournament - Mutford.

16th July - Pakefield FC Tournament - Walmer Road. 

Mutford Jocks were knocked out of the semi-finals by Pakefield A having finished 3rd out of a strong group of 8 teams. Mutford Gents were so close to making it through to the semi's, only needing a draw from their last 2 matches, but were unable to capitalise on their good early start and finished 5th.
