Land Acquired for New Ground

Mutford United Youth Football Club have finally acquired six acres of land in Carlton Colville on which they will develop their new training ground and football pitches. The ground will be situated on the land opposite Carlton Colville Primary School.

Gwen Maher, Manager of the Under 14's stated on behalf of the club "This is a huge success for us, enabling us to all train together at the same location, brining Mutford together as a Club.

A newsletter will be issued shortly to all players and parents of players within the club asking for help in sponsoring Gwen with her sponsored exorcism (or is that exercizathon!!!!) taking place shortly at the Waveney Sports Centre. All proceeds going to help with the widening of roads and building of changing facilities for the new ground.
